Players who travel to Luo Yang can meet with an NPC that will transport the player to Pet Island. There are over 60 different types of pets that can be captured there and each has their own different personality, traits and abilities. It is not easy to capture pets as there are powerful guardians on the island who will hinder the player from doing so. The further inland a player travels on Pet Island the more powerful pets there are to be captured along with more risks in doing so.
The first pet a player will receive is at level 5 from Lily White in Da Li who gives the player a little bunny. Pets have their own stats and skills which increase as they level up along with the player. Various attributes of the pets will affect their abilities ranging from Strength, Intelligence, Stamina, Willpower and Agility.
Pets can be further trained by a pet trainer, they can be transformed into baby pets, they can breed with other player's pets and they can also attain titles.
